Overview of Bariatric Surgery and Care of Patients with a History of Bariatric Surgery
If you are interested in purchasing a meal, please email Erin Lorang at Schneider@uwalumni.com with your choice by Friday, September 17th.  Please include any special dietary requests in your email as well.  The cost of each meal is $6.50 (money collected at the meeting).
Meal Choices: (each salad or sandwich will come with a fruit kabob and a bottle of water)

1. Apricot Chicken Salad (white meat chicken, dried apricots, grapes, onions, celery, fennel seed on greens w/ drsg)
2. Cubano Aioli Sandwich (Wheatberry thick sliced bread, ham,  turkey breast, Swiss cheese, mustard, mayo, pickle slices)
3. Vegetarian option: hummus sandwich
