WDA Policy and Procedure Manual

My company would like to advertise in the following:
	WDA Communiqué - Newsletter (size-8 ½ x 11)
		Full page - $300 (7.75x10 in)
		Half page - $150 (7.75 x 5.0)
		Quarter page - $100 (3.875 x 5.063)
	Ads must be submitted ready for copy. Ad work for the June newsletter is due May 20th, Ad work for the November issue is due October 28th.

	(Starting) Month Preferred:
		One Month - $375 for one page (8 ½ x 11 page)
		Three Months - $1,000 for one page (8 ½ x 11 page)
		Six Months - $1,800 for one page (8 ½ x 11 page)
	WDA - Recommendations for Sponsors submitting information:
		Please submit text in either an e-mail or MS Word document.
		Please submit graphics for inclusion on the Sponsor page in .jpg or .gif format at the size you would like them to appear on the page. These are the graphic formats used on the Internet.
		Do not submit graphics in .pdf (used with Adobe Acrobat) format or in a MS Word file. You may use a graphic in a Word file to show the desired placement for the graphic, however, also submit it separately as a .jpg or .gif.
		If you do not have the resources available to modify your graphics to the desired size in .jpg or .gif format, we can modify graphics for you for an additional charge of $40. The graphic formats that we can work with are: tif, .bmp, .pdd, or .psd.
	Website ad is due two weeks before the month that the ad will be running.
