Discover the emerging trends in dining in senior communities, in your home, and beyond. Get involved in a hands-on meal kit prep session and take home a nutritious meal for your family. Stay for social hour after and network with your fellow RD/RDNs.

Meal kit assembly - those choosing to participate in this portion will pay $16 to make and take home the meal kit.  Will pay for meal kit in-store the night of the event. Meal serves 4-6.  If staying for social hour, don't forget to bring a bag/storage for meal.

2.  Understand ways to help clients bridge the gap from knowing to doing, when it comes to eating healthy.
3.  Participate (optional) in a hands-on assembly of a typical meal kit.
