WAND Southern Event - What the Health? Documentary Screening
Have you heard about the latest nutrition and health documentary? What The Health? Is a documentary that focuses on nutrition and chronic disease along with food politics. Join us as we view the What The Health? Documentary and host an engaging discussion with area dietitians.
Discussion will be lead by Susan Portz, MS, RDN, CD and UW-Madison undergraduate dietetics student, Katie Toth.
- Understand emerging alternative interpretations of the role of food in chronic disease.
- Evaluate proper responses to these ideas as they may be presented by clients, the public, and other professionals.

Directions to Conference Room:
-- Entering from the main hospital entrance on Brooks Street (ground floor): As soon as you walk in the entrance go straight down the long hallway towards the atrium elevators. The hallway will turn slightly left. Walk past the first set of atrium elevators (silver doors) towards the hallway label conference center (past the vending machine).
-- From the parking garage across from the main hospital (from the above ground tunnel): Walk through the tunnel which will be on the "first floor". Go right at the information desk and you will walk past a small bistro. Take the hallway on your left towards the atrium elevators; you will walk past the gardens outside. Follow this hallway, which will veer to the left slightly at the end, and take the 1st set of atrium elevators (silver doors) down to level A. Go to your left when exiting the elevators and walk towards the hallway label conference center (past the vending machine).
Conference Room #1 will be on your right when entering the conference center area.
Attendees can either park in the visitor parking ramp on the corner of Brooks Street and Erin Street or on the surrounding streets.
