Join WAND members in learning how Festival helps guests with shopping smarter in the supermarket, assists with planning healthy, easy affordable meals, and provides information, products, and recipes related to Celiac disease, food allergies, diabetes, heart health and plant-based living!

Presenter Information: 

Jenni Dreyer, MS, RDN, CD

Jenni Dreyer is a state-certified Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN). As a Nutrition Communications Specialist at Festival Foods, she collaborates with local and national organizations to promote good nutrition and healthy eating through a wide variety of media. Jenni‚Äôs biggest passion is getting people back into the kitchen and learning how to explore and love new foods.  

Schedule: 

  • 5:00-5:15 p.m.-Presentation by Festival's registered dietitian, Jenni Dryer, MS, RDN, CD
  • 5:15-6:00 p.m.-Store tour and Q&A
  • 6:00-7:00 p.m.-Drink, eat and mingle. Enjoy a complimentary drink, try a few of our favorite items and mingle with other area dietitians.

  • How to shop smarter in a grocery store.
  • Describe ideas for improving and creating meals while on a budget.
  • Providing up-to-date information and recipes for specific disease states.

Festival Foods Information

  • This event is at the Festival Foods on E. Washington Avenue. The meeting room is in the upper level of the store "The Mezz".
  • Only individuals who are 21 years or older will be able to enjoy the complimentary alcoholic beverage provided. Sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available. 
  • Free parking is available in the store parking lot.
