Come explore some of the latest public policy topics related to food and nutrition as reported by future dietitians! The UWGB dietetic students in their final year taking Seminar Nutrition presents on a variety of topics during this informative session. Dietitians/DTRs and nutrition specialists are encouraged to attend! 

Participants are welcome to come to some of or all of the event. Please denote which parts you would like to attend in the registration form. Water and trail mix will be provided at the event. Attendees are asked to park in the guest parking lot on UWGB's campus.

About the Presenter: 

Sara Wagner MS, RD-Dietetics Program Director

Sara Wagner, MS, RD is the Director of Undergraduate Dietetics Programs at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she teaches courses in medical nutrition therapy, childhood obesity,  food and nutrition policy, and quantity food production and service.  Recognized for her effective and passionate teaching, Wagner is skilled in teaching learners to locate, interpret, and analyze current evidence-based research to elevate the practice of the registered dietitian. 

This program offers 1-3 CEUs based on the individual's attendance.
