This program will provide the information you need regarding the process, importance, and effectiveness of grassroots advocacy. Get the breakdown and be prepared for Advocacy in your own community and for Wisconsin! 

Please arrive at 4:50 PM to sign in and join us for a pasta buffet to include gluten free and vegetarian, house salad, cookies, and beverages provided by the SE Region of WAND!

  • 5:00 PM - Introductions
  • 5:15 PM - Representative Jonathan Brostoff, speaking on the importance of Grassroots Advocacy.
  • 5:40 PM - Ashante Reed, Planning for Advocacy, rally members, follow-up, determination and commitment to your cause.
  • 6:05 PM - Erik Kanter, Legislative Protocol, advocacy toolkit, member involvement, and support.
  • 6:25 PM - Review and Questions
  • 6:45 PM - Close event

Parking: Parking is available in the structure across the street as well as paid lots or on the street.
