Health at Every Size (HAES) is becoming a very popular practice in health care. It respects and celebrates body diversity, challenges scientific and cultural assumption, and focuses on flexible eating patterns that value cues of appetite, hunger, and satiety. Registered Dietitian, Rebecca Stetzer, who uses HAES in her every day practice, will elaborate on what HAES is, review the supporting research, and teach us how other registered dietitians can implement it in their own practice.
